SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Your Service
All our products and services must be paid in full, prior to delivery. (31 days before the event date).
The cost of delivery will be provided at the time of contracting it, if the event changes its location, the client will assume the additional costs for it.
Delivery is a separate service from assembly, and paying for this only implies delivery and collection as such.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How We Do It
We do not make refunds, at the time an event is scheduled, our availability changes and this may result in the rejection of subsequent events; however we know that there are situations where moving or canceling an event would be an option. with a justified cause and with no less than 3 months prior to its cancellation; BLA will give you 100% credit to use on any product or service we provide directly. If the cancellation does not have a justified cause (death or illness, or is not within this time, the percentage of credit is at the discretion of the representative. Moved events do not have a guarantee of execution on the new date. On our part, if it were the cause, we We will strive to find the best solution.
